Do I always have to pay shipping costs or is there another way?
Of course you do not have to pay shipping costs if you pick up the product yourself at one of our dealers. If there is no dealer in your area, you can have the products delivered via the CamoBob Webshop via TNT post or the DPD parcel service. Products that are too large or too long will be shipped with a special carrier. If you purchase for € 500,- or more, CamoBob pays the freight costs.
Can I be confident that I am dealing with a reliable company, which fully complies with its agreements?
CamoBob will certainly not disappoint you, what we promise we will keep, you can rely on that.
How long do I get warranty on CamoBob products?
All CamoBob products have a warranty period of 2 years, on some products you even get 5 years warranty.
Can I also order products cash on delivery?
We think the administrative procedures and costs are too high. That is why you can pay via Ideal or pay in advance, or go to one of our dealers.
Can I return a shipment and ask for a refund if I am not satisfied?
If you ordered through our webshop, and decide to cancel your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days (distance buying law). The product must be new and still in its original packaging. You must also inform us of your decision and the product must be returned postage paid.
I have placed an order, how do I know it has arrived correctly?
If you order something you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On this confirmation you will find your order number. If in doubt, always contact us.
We live in Belgium and would like to order a shadow product through your webshops is that possible?
That is no problem at all. We can have shipments delivered by DPD bode in the whole of Belgium. However, long pieces such as rod sets and stands for shade nets cannot be delivered by the DPD. A transport company must be engaged for this, please inquire about the costs in advance.
