The shipping costs also depend on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the destination. Our rates vary from €8,95 An exact indication of your shipping costs can be found during the ordering procedure, you can always abort the ordering procedure if you only want to know the shipping costs.
Standdard shipping costs Netherlands are € 8,95 for a Post parcel shipment. Customers from Flanders pay € 15,-
Special Articles
Some products (such as uprights for shade nets or rod sets for shade curtains) are too long to send via Post NL or a parcel service. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is possible via a special transporter. For this we have to request the rates. If you live on the Wadden Islands, or outside the Netherlands/Flanders, the transport costs of these items are so high that we have decided to ship these items only after your personal permission. In that case please contact us for an offer.

Returns
If you renounce your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days (distance purchasing law). The product must be new and must not have been used, and you must return the product carriage paid.
